SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS Messaging Terms describe the text-message program operated by Big Steele Music LLC (doing business as Big Steele). By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

This program sends non-marketing, transactional/customer-care messages related to your inquiry or account, including:

  • Replies to inquiries submitted through our contact or speaking forms
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Order confirmations and payment receipts
  • Account notifications
  • Service updates relevant to active engagements

We do not use this program to send promotional or marketing messages.

2. Opt-In

You opt in by checking the consent box on our contact or speaking forms. Consent is opt-in only — never pre-checked, and never required as a condition of purchase. We record your phone number, the consent state, and the server-side timestamp at the moment of opt-in.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency depends on your inquiry and any active engagement. Typical volume is low — most users receive only a handful of messages per inquiry.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

5. HELP

Reply HELP to any message from us to receive a response with this contact information and a reminder of how to opt out. You can also contact us at info@bigsteele.com for assistance.

6. STOP / Opt-Out

You may opt out of the program at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us. After opting out, you'll receive one confirmation message. We will not send you further texts unless you opt in again.

You may also opt out by emailing info@bigsteele.com with the subject line "STOP".

7. Supported Carriers

The program is supported on the following U.S. mobile carriers, which include the major networks and many MVNOs: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Mobile information collected as part of this SMS program is used solely to deliver the messages described above. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subprocessors strictly to operate the program (e.g., our SMS delivery provider, GoHighLevel), and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. By opting in, you confirm both.

10. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the program at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by a text message where appropriate.
